Registration fee

Registration fee includes: attendance to all lectures, conference materials, refreshments during breaks, three lunches, and all social events (welcome reception, conference dinner). VAT is included in the fee.

Abstract submission guidelines

Participants are invited to present their work as a poster or oral presentation. Abstracts must be submitted at the time of registration before May 15^th, 2017.

Abstracts must be prepared in English. Abstract text should not exceed 2000 characters including spaces and should not include the title, authors and institutions. The title of your abstract should not exceed 140 characters including spaces.
